Week of February 12, 2007
I felt great on both the bike and swimming last week. On Sunday of last week, I swam 2 miles continuously. That was a personal best for me. My workout for the week is to focus on my biking and swimming. It's still too cold to run outdoors with the day time highs in the double digits. Maybe I'll try it in place of a bike day.

Wednesday - Swim Appr. 3,500 yards
Thursday - Bike 60 minutes (16 miles)
Friday - Bike 60 Minutes (16 miles)
Saturday - Swim Appr. 3,500 yards
Sunday - Swim Appr. 5,000yards
Monday - Rest
