Week of April 6th
Ths was my first week in Weisbaden, Germany. I will be here for 16 days and I will not have my bike. However, I will be focusing on my running and swimming. The city of Weisbaden is very hilly and so that should allow me to build more leg strength. I still need to do some flat running to build speed as well. So far, my runs, regardless of the length, I have averaged around 10.5 and 11 minute miles. I am not yet use to the hills.
My workout schedule for next week is shown below.
Sunday - Long Run 8 miles
Monday - Swim in the morning and Run 3-4 in the evening
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Swim in the morning and Run 3-4 in the evening
Thursday - Run 4-5 miles in the evening
Friday - Run 4-5 Miles in the evening
Saturday - Swim 2.5 - 3 miles and walk
