Week February18th
My 5,000 yard swim last Sunday was pretty good. I felt comfortable and didn't feel too tired at the end. My biking is improving as well. And, the Spinerval 1.0 tape is a big help. My planned workout for next week is as follows.
Sunday - Swim Appr. 5,100yards
Monday - Bike 60 Minutes (16 miles)
Tuesday - Bike 90 minutes (20 miles)
Wednesday - Swim Appr. 3,500 yards
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Bike 60 Minutes (16 miles)
Saturday - Swim Appr. 3,500 yards
Sunday - Swim Appr. 5,100yards
Monday - Bike 60 Minutes (16 miles)
Tuesday - Bike 90 minutes (20 miles)
Wednesday - Swim Appr. 3,500 yards
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Bike 60 Minutes (16 miles)
Saturday - Swim Appr. 3,500 yards
