Week of April 13th - Wiesbaden, Germany
Ths was my second week in Weisbaden, Germany. I am very pleased with my training. I have found a lap pool in Mainz that has roughly 8 lanes to swim. There are a few slow swimmers but it is a lot better than the 50 meter pool in Wiesbaden. The hills are great for training. I'm getting a little fast on them now (both up and down hill). I can't wait to get on my bike when I get home. A majority of this week will be running, and I will sneek in a swim if I can.
My workout schedule for next week is shown below.
Sunday - Swim 3,300 yards
Monday - Run 3-4 in the evening
Tuesday - Run 3-4 miles
Wednesday - Travel back to US - Run 3 miles in the morning
Thursday - Run 4-5 miles
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Swim 2.5 - 3 miles and walk
