Week of February 25th - Start Running
I'm feeling stronger on both the bike and in the water. I also believe that I'm way ahead of where I was last year. It feels good to sense that I'm improving. Of course, I won't know how well until I get outside with others.
My planned workout for next week is as follows.
Sunday - Swim Appr. 5,280yards
Monday - Bike 60 Minutes (16 miles)
Tuesday - Run 30 minutes (3 miles)
Wednesday - Swim Appr. 3,500 yards
Thursday - Run 30 minutes (3 miles)
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Swim Appr. 3,500 yards
