Week of April 20th
Last week was consumed with travel and household chores, along with three of my sons soccer games. He does quite well and I'm proud of him. This week I have a few meetings but I have to hit my workouts. I'm focusing on my bike a little more now while at the same time maintaining my runs.
My workout schedule for next week is shown below.
Sunday - Bike 16 miles (First Outdoor ride of the season)
Monday - Bike 20 miles
Tuesday - Run 3-4 miles
Wednesday - Swim in the morning, Bike 20 miles in the evening
Thursday - Run 4-5 miles
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Swim 2.5 - 3 miles and long easy ride (30 miles)
