Week of March 5th
Swimming and biking are certainly improving. I'm finding that I'm picking upmy pace in both events. I've moved up a lane at swimming and the Spinerval Tapes are great and should be improving my bike speed.
This week's workout is as follows.
Sunday - Swim Appr. 4,000
Monday - Rest
Tuesday - Bike 60 miunutes
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Bike 60Minutes
Friday - Bike 60 Minutes
Saturday - Swim Appr. 3,700 yards
