March 11th Workout Plan
Swimming and biking are certainly improving. I'm finding that I'm picking up my pace in both events. I've moved up a lane at swimming and the Spinerval Tapes are great and should be improving my bike speed. This week's workout is as follows.
Sunday - Light Bike - 30 minuts
Monday - Bike 60 minutes - Run 30 Minutes
Tuesday - Bike 60 miunutes
Wednesday - Run 30 Minutes
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Bike 60 Minutes - Run 30 Minutes
Saturday - Swim Appr. 3,700 yards
