Week of June 17th
My leg is feeling better but I have to go slow. The swimming helps out alot to keep in shape however, I feel very sluggish in the water. Quite honestly, I think I'm swimming iwth faster swimmers and I'm not keepingupas much as I thought I would.
This week my workouts are as follows:
Sunday - 4 miles
Monday - Swim in the morning (2,200 yards) run 3 miles at night
Tuesday - PT and Bike 20 miles
Wednesday - Swim 2,250 yards and run 3 miles
Thursday - PT and Bike 20 miles
Friday - Swim and PT and run 3 miles
Saturday - Swim and bike 20 miles
