Week of April 30th
Last week was rather slow. I spent the week recovering. I felt that I pushed a little too hard on the previous week, but i also had a number o conflicts with things around the house and kids events. This week I'm focusing on my runs, with a little swimming and biking. I plan to do a brick on Saturday. I'm planning on doing bricks on the weekends.
This week my workouts are as follows:
Sunday - Run6 miles
Monday - Run 4 miles
Tuesday - Run 4 miles
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Swim 50 minutes
Friday - 4 miles
Saturday - Brick: 20 miles bile and 3 mile run
