Week of June 24th

I ran and swam three times last week and felt pretty good. My achilles is doing okay, however, it did swell up a little after my four mile run. I'm going to hold to the same workout as last week, but this time dothe biking. Work activites kept me off the bike last week.

This week my workouts are as follows:

Sunday - 4 miles
Monday - Swim in the morning (2,200 yards) run 3 miles at night
Tuesday - PT and Bike 20 miles
Wednesday - Swim 2,250 yards and run 3 miles
Thursday - PT and Bike 20 miles
Friday - Swim and PT and run 3 miles
Saturday - Swim and bike 20 miles
