Training Week of December 24th
Focusing on running with some biking during the week. I'm not swimming as much due to a case of carpal tunnel. I'm starting to feel stronger ont he runs. I'm mixing up tempo with my longer runs to push speed to some degree. This weeks planned workouts are:
Monday, December 25th - No training
Tuesday, December 26th - 4 Mile Tempo
Wednesday, December 27th - 4 Mile Easy
Thursday, December 28th - 4 Mile Tempo
Saturday, December 29th - 4 Miles Endurance Easy
Sunday, Decebmer 31st - 3 Miles Swim
Monday, December 25th - No training
