Week of March 30th

I've been training all winter and just haven't entered an update to my blog for a while, so today I updated it to help motivate me to continue my training. I will be going to Germany for a couple of weeks and will focus on running, swimming and upper body stregth conditioning. If I had my bike, I would also be riding but with out it, I'll focus on the other events.

For the next couple of weeks, here is my workout schedule.

Sunday - Long Run 6-10 miles
Monday - Swim in the morning and Run 3-4 in the evening
Tuesday - Run 4-5 miles
Wednesday - Swim in the morning and Run 3-4 in the evening
Thursday - Run 4-5 miles in the evening
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Swim 2.5 - 3 miles
