Week of January 7, 2007

Felt good last week. I had a few interuptions that caused miss to miss a couple of runs but that's okay. This week, I plan to go with the same workout. I don't want to push to hard to soon into the year. I am starting to look at the Tri's that I plan to do this year. My two big goals this year are the Whirlpool's Steelhead 70 and the Detroit Free Press Marathon. If I hit those two, I'll be pleased.

January 1 2007 - New Year

Well, it's a new year and I've created my New Year's Resolution and amoung mygoals for this year are to increase my training and to manage nutrition better. This week's workout is a blend of training which includes Running, Biking and Swimming. Our FAST group won the USAT Competition for Decmeber in the swimming event and are looking forward to winning (or giving it our best) in January on the bike event. This event really has motivated me to work out more.
