Week of May 20th
I need to start putting some solid weeks together back to back to prepare for some of the early Tri's. Unfortunately, I tend to do most of my heavy workouts on the weekend and this coming weekend is Memorial Day weekend. Lots of family things to do.
This week my workouts are as follows:
Sunday - Ride 40 miles and run 6 miles (non-brick)
Monday - 3 mile run
Tuesday - 20 mile bike easy
Wednesday - Swim or Run 4 miles
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Bike 20 miles easy
Saturday - 4 mile run
