Week of July 1
      Last week was a great week of me.  I hit all of my workouts except for Friday's 3 mile run.  I didn't do that one so that I would be rested for the FAST club practice Tri.  I did the Olympic distance (1,200 yd swim, 24 mile bike and a 10K run).  That was the first Olympic triathlon that I had done, so I was very pleased to finish.  I completed the three events with times of 24.50, 1.25.00 and 64 minutes.  The PT is going well.  My achillies did not hurt at all and I stretched it out well afterwards.
This week my workouts are as follows:
Sunday - 2 miles easy
Monday - Swim in the morning (2,200 yards) run 3 miles at night
Tuesday - Bike 20 miles
Wednesday - Swim 2,250 yards and run 3 miles
Thursday - PT and Bike 25 miles
Friday - Swim and PT and run 3 miles
Saturday - Bike 30 miles and 4 mile run
